Full-Size Products

If you’re not happy with a full-size product, please contact us within 30 days of purchase at customerservice@clouddhair.com.
Once we confirm your order, we’ll provide return instructions. Products may be new or gently used. After we receive the return, we’ll issue a 100% refund (original shipping fees are non-refundable).

Sample Sizes

All sample-size purchases are final sale.
Due to their low cost and limited quantities, sample items are not eligible for return or refund, even if unused. Samples are offered as an affordable way to test compatibility before committing to a full-size product.
