• Most USA-based orders are shipped directly from our warehouses within 1-3 business days for your convenience and maximum efficiency.
• Your product should arrive within 3 - 7 business days.
• At this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, we may consider shipping internationally in the future, and we will update this policy accordingly.

 

Return Policy

We’ve spent countless hours developing and refining our products, and we truly hope you love them. That said, we understand that everyone’s hair, scalp, and sensitivities are different. We want you to feel comfortable trying CLOUDD.

Full-Size Products — Happiness Guarantee

If you’re not happy with a full-size product, please contact us within 30 days of purchase at customerservice@clouddhair.com.

All returns require prior authorization. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll provide return instructions. Please do not send any products back without authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Returned products may be new or gently used. Once we receive the return, we’ll issue a 100% refund for the product price.

Important notes:

• Returns must be shipped back within 60 days of purchase

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Sample Sizes — Final Sale

All sample-size purchases are final sale.
Due to their low cost, limited quantities, and hygienic considerations, sample items are not eligible for return or refund, even if unused. Samples are offered as a way to test compatibility before committing to a full-size product.
